Will the Tulip Garden be open in March 2027?

Possibly from mid or late March. The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden opens only when the bloom begins: on 16 March in 2026 (about ten days early because of warm weather, Outlook Traveller) and on 26 March in 2025 (India TV).
