Maharashtra schools were on summer vacation from 2 May to 15 June in 2026, so May and early June are peak weeks for Pune families; book early. April–June brings green meadows; late December–February is snow season (Kashmir snowfall); late March–April is tulip time; September–November is clear and quieter (Kashmir in November).
