Short answer: Nagpur has no flight to Chandigarh, but it sits on India’s north–south rail spine, so dozens of trains run to Delhi, including the daily Bengaluru Rajdhani (Nagpur 15:00, Nizamuddin 05:30) and Telangana Express (15:25, New Delhi 08:00). Six non-stop flights a day reach Delhi in under two hours. Twice a week the Madurai–Chandigarh Superfast goes straight to Chandigarh in 25 hours. How do you get from Nagpur to Manali?

Nagpur’s strength is the railway: almost every train between the south and Delhi passes through, so you can pick a departure that suits you on any day. The weakness is air links to the hills: no non-stop to Chandigarh, and no Kullu flights. Delhi is therefore the natural gateway, with the twice-weekly Chandigarh train as a bonus.

Which trains run from Nagpur towards Manali?

The Rajdhani’s 05:30 arrival at Nizamuddin or the Tamil Nadu Express’s 06:30 arrival at New Delhi both connect, on time, with the 07:40 Kalka Shatabdi to Chandigarh (arrives 10:59), from where you can reach Manali by evening. In fog season (late December to January) don’t build a tight connection; take the overnight drive from Delhi instead.

Can you fly from Nagpur to Manali?

Only to Delhi. On Friday 20 November 2026 Nagpur had six non-stop Delhi flights: IndiGo at 07:35, 15:55, 21:10 and 23:00, and Air India at 08:35 and 18:35. There was no non-stop to Chandigarh; connections take five hours or more. Kullu has no Delhi flights in winter 2026–27.
