When does it snow in Kasol?
Kasol is low for a Himachal snow trip: in most winters the town sees a few flurries that melt by noon, while the villages above — Tosh, Kalga, Pulga, Grahan and the Kheerganga trail — carry settled snow from late December to February. January–February are the months to come if you want to walk in snow up the valley.
