Good to know about taxis in Delhi
One-way or round trip?
A one-way fare already covers the car’s empty run home, so for a simple there-and-back with a few days in between, two one-way drops often cost less — Delhi to Haridwar starts around ₹2,699 each way. A round trip keeps the car and driver with you for sightseeing all along: two days for Haridwar and Rishikesh is ₹6,399 in a sedan. The calculator shows both.
Beat the Delhi traffic
Leave by 5–6 am for the hills and the long Punjab and Jammu runs; you clear the city before the rush and drive the hill sections in daylight. Coming back, avoid entering Delhi between 5 and 9 pm on Sundays and holiday evenings.
State fees at the border
Taxis from Delhi pay state charges where they cross in: Himachal charges non-HP vehicles an entry fee, Uttarakhand reads a green cess from cameras at the border (₹80 for cars since February 2026), and other states levy taxi permits. All are added to your quote at actuals, never marked up.
No night driving in the hills
For safety our drivers do not run hill sections late at night. Leave early (5–6 am from Delhi) and plan to reach before dark; the quote tells you the best start time.
Winter fog on the plains
From late December to January dense morning fog can sit on the NH44, the Yamuna Expressway and the Moradabad road. Your driver may suggest starting a little later so you drive in better visibility.
One car for the whole circuit
For Delhi → Shimla → Manali → Delhi or Delhi → Haridwar → Rishikesh → Mussoorie, one per-km tour keeps the same car and driver with you for every stop and day trip, and your bags never change cars. Tell us the plan and we price it both as a tour and as one-way drops, so you can pick.

What is the per km rate for an outstation taxi in Delhi?
For round trips and tours: about ₹11 a km for a hatchback, ₹12 for a sedan, ₹14 for an Ertiga, ₹16 for a Kia Carens, ₹19 for an Innova Crysta, ₹26 for a Tempo Traveller and ₹36 for a Force Urbania, with a 250 km daily minimum and ₹400 a night driver allowance (₹500 for the vans).
Is there a minimum kilometre charge for outstation cabs?
Round trips are billed for at least 250 km a day even if you drive less, because the car and driver are with you all day. One-way drops have a fixed route fare instead, which already covers the car’s return.
What is the Delhi to Agra taxi fare for a same-day Taj Mahal trip?
A same-day Agra return is about 460 km, so it starts around ₹5,599 in a sedan, ₹6,499 in an Ertiga and ₹8,799 in an Innova Crysta. A one-way drop to Agra starts around ₹2,799. Yamuna Expressway tolls and parking are extra; the Taj is closed on Fridays.
What is the Delhi to Jaipur one-way taxi fare?
About 280 km via Gurugram and Neemrana, 5–6 hours. One-way starts around ₹3,399 in a sedan, ₹4,099 in an Ertiga and ₹5,799 in an Innova Crysta, tolls extra.
Are tolls included in the outstation fare?
No. Fuel, the driver and driver allowance are included; tolls, parking and state entry fees or permits are paid at actuals and listed in your WhatsApp quote before you pay anything.
Can the cab pick me up from IGI Airport, Gurugram or Noida?
Yes. We pick up anywhere in Delhi NCR — IGI Airport T1 or T3, the railway stations, ISBTs, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Share your flight or train number and the driver tracks it; airport parking is added at actuals.
Which car should I book for a family of six?
An Ertiga or Kia Carens fits six with light bags; for six adults with full suitcases, or hill roads with elders, the Innova Crysta is more comfortable. Groups of 8 to 17 take a Tempo Traveller or Force Urbania.
