Airport pickups at Gaggal
Share your flight number when you book. The driver tracks the flight and waits outside arrivals at Kangra airport; if your hotel is in McLeodganj or Dharamkot, tell us — the last stretch is steep and narrow, and we plan the drop point in advance.
McLeodganj lanes and parking
Upper Dharamshala runs on a one-way traffic loop and parking near the main square fills fast at weekends. We drop at the closest allowed point to your hotel. The Dharamshala Skyway ropeway between lower Dharamshala and McLeodganj is a handy hop for a day in town.
Himachal entry fee
Cars registered outside Himachal pay an entry fee at the state barrier (₹100 a day for passenger vehicles up to 12 seats in 2026–27; commercial and larger vehicles pay more). It is added to your quote at actuals. Details: Himachal entry tax & permits 2026.
Bir paragliding season
Bir–Billing flying is best from March to June and in October–November, when skies are clear. Combine Bir with Palampur and Baijnath in one full-day hire instead of two separate drops.
Daylight on hill roads
For safety our drivers avoid late-night hill driving. For Manali or Shimla leave Dharamshala by 7 am; Delhi is a full day, so a 5–6 am start is best.
One car for the Kangra circuit
Dharamshala → Dalhousie → Khajjiar → Pathankot or Amritsar is cheaper as one per-km tour than as separate drops. Ask for both prices and pick the better one.
