Three routes our guests book most. Each is a starting point: we change the hotels, nights and pace for your family or group before you pay anything.
How pricing works: the price depends on your dates, hotel category, group size and how you travel from Delhi, so every quote is made for you. Confirm with a small token amount that locks the rate, and pay the balance later.

Dharamshala, McLeodganj, Kangra and Palampur–Bir at an easy pace. Remove a day for a short break, or add Dalhousie and Khajjiar.
Start early by private cab (about 10–11 hours via Chandigarh and Una), or board the overnight Volvo. Guests flying in land at Kangra (Gaggal) airport.
Visit the Tsuglagkhang complex (Dalai Lama Temple), the Bhagsunag temple and waterfall, and spend the evening in McLeodganj's Tibetan cafés and markets.
A slow morning at Naddi viewpoint facing the Dhauladhar, the old stone church of St. John in the Wilderness and Dal Lake. Fit travellers can swap this day for the Triund trek.
Photos at the HPCA cricket stadium with snow peaks behind it, the Kangra War Memorial, the old Kangra Fort and the Norbulingka Institute's Tibetan art and gardens.
Walk through Palampur's tea estates, visit the 13th-century Baijnath Shiva temple and watch (or fly) paragliders land at Bir in the evening.

Dharamshala is about 480 km from Delhi. By road it takes around 10–11 hours with breaks. The overnight Volvo takes 10–12 hours. You can also fly to Kangra (Gaggal) airport, about 13 km from Dharamshala, or take a train to Pathankot and drive about 3 hours.
3 nights cover Dharamshala and McLeodganj comfortably. With 4–5 nights you can add Palampur's tea gardens, Bir Billing paragliding or Dalhousie–Khajjiar, which is the most popular combination with our guests.
March to June and September to November give the most pleasant weather and clear Dhauladhar views. July and August bring very heavy rain. December to February is cold, with snow on the peaks and occasional snowfall in McLeodganj.
They are next to each other. Lower Dharamshala is the town with the cricket stadium and markets. McLeodganj, about 9 km uphill, is home to the Dalai Lama Temple, Tibetan cafés, Bhagsunag waterfall and the start of the Triund trek. Most visitors stay in or near McLeodganj.
Triund is optional. It is roughly a 9 km trek each way from McLeodganj–Dharamkot and takes a full day. We can arrange a local guide and a campsite stay on top. If you prefer something easier, we plan a Naddi or Dharamkot sunset instead.
Every package is private. You get your own car and driver, and the hotel category, number of nights and pace are set for your family or group.

Yes. Dharamshala–Dalhousie–Khajjiar is our most booked Dharamshala route. Amritsar is also easy to add on the way from or back to Delhi.
