- Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- AC will be switched off in hilly areas as per safety and vehicle guidelines.
- All itinerary changes due to weather, road conditions, or government restrictions are subject to availability.
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and following hotel policies during the stay.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicle will be charged directly to the guest.
- Driver duty timings are as per standard working hours; additional usage may incur extra charges.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best time for a Manali honeymoon? ▾
For snow in your photographs, travel between late December and February, when Solang Valley is most reliably white. For clear mountain views and comfortable sightseeing weather, March to June and September to November are easier. The weeks around New Year book out early, so ask us about dates well in advance.
Will we definitely see snow? ▾
Snow at Solang Valley is most dependable from late December to February. Outside those months you can still reach snow by driving further north towards the Atal Tunnel side, which we can add to your plan on request. We will tell you honestly what is likely on your dates rather than promise snow.
Is Rohtang Pass included in this package? ▾
No. Rohtang Pass is optional because it depends on permit availability and on the pass being open, usually from around May to November. We can add it to your quote, or keep Solang Valley, which stays accessible through the year and is already covered on Day 3.
Why does the tour start from Chandigarh instead of Delhi? ▾
Starting at Chandigarh takes roughly 8 hours of road travel out of the trip compared with starting in Delhi, so your first day is spent in the mountains rather than on the highway. If you would rather begin from Delhi, we can rebuild the itinerary around that.
What vehicle do we get, and is it private? ▾
A private luxury sedan used only by the two of you, with a driver who knows these mountain roads. It is not a shared coach and there is no group to wait for, so you can stop for photographs whenever you like. A larger vehicle can be arranged if family are travelling with you.
Can you change the itinerary for our dates? ▾
Yes. The nights, hotels, sightseeing and duration are all adjustable — this 5 Days / 4 Nights plan is a starting template, not a fixed departure. Send us your dates and budget and we will come back with a written itinerary and quote.
Is Manali a comfortable first trip for a newly married couple? ▾
Yes. It is one of the most established honeymoon destinations in India, with good hotels and short driving distances between the main sights, so you are not spending your days in the car.
