Accommodation on this trip is Deluxe hotels and luxury camps, including a night in alpine tents at Chandratal, which is what the route allows rather than a choice of hotel grades. Where an upgrade is genuinely possible on a given date we will say so and quote it — we would rather tell you the honest option than sell you a tier that does not exist up there.

This route depends on the high passes being open, so in practice it runs through the summer and early autumn only. Within that, the rate above is the off-season rate and covers 1 July – 30 September. Departures from 15 March to 30 June and through October are peak season and priced 25% higher.

Chandratal is seasonal. The lake and its approach road are only open in the warmer months, so the Chandratal camping night cannot be guaranteed outside that window. Send us your dates and we will confirm the road position before you commit.
