Upon your arrival at Haridwar, a representative from Char-dham-yatra.in India will greet you at the station or bus stop. They will provide you with the tour details and guide you through the entire process. Your journey will begin with a drive from Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. On the way, you will get to witness the mesmerizing Kempty Falls and other sightseeing attractions. Upon reaching Barkot, you will check-in to a pre-booked hotel and rest overnight.
On the next day morning post breakfast, start moving towards Yamunotri. When you started from Barkot first you will reach Jankichatti/ Phoolchatti from where you will start 6km trekking to reach Yamunotri. You can also choose horse ride or ponis for your own preference to reach Yamunotri without walking too much. Yamunotri is the shrine of goddess Yamuna. Here you can enjoy the darshan of goddess and get blessing of maa. Here you will explore Yamunotri temple, Divya Shila, Surya Kund and many other places in and around the temple. Take the cooked rice Prasad and return back to Jankichatti before evening. Then you will drive back to Barkot. Take rest overnight in the hotel.
On the third day of the Ultimate Char Dham Yatra package, after enjoying breakfast at the hotel in Barkot, you will start your journey towards Uttarkashi. The distance between Barkot and Uttarkashi is around 80 km, which will take approximately 2-3 hours by road. On the way, you will witness the breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains and the beautiful surroundings. Upon reaching Uttarkashi, check-in to the pre-booked hotel and freshen up. Later, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and seek blessings from the Almighty. After the temple visit, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
On the following day after breakfast, you will begin your journey towards Gangotri from Uttarkashi. It is situated about 100 km away from Uttarkashi and it will take around 2-3 hours to reach by road. While traveling, you will be able to see the majestic Himalayan mountain range, the picturesque Harsil village, and the serene Bhagirathi River. Upon reaching Gangotri, you will visit the famous Gangotri temple which is dedicated to goddess Ganga. You can also explore other attractions such as Surya Kund and Bhagirath Shila. Later in the evening, you will return to Uttarkashi and spend the night at your hotel.
On the 5th day of your trip, after enjoying a delicious breakfast in the hotel, you will start your journey towards Guptkashi. It is located 197km away from Uttarkashi and it will take approximately 7-8 hours by road to reach. While driving towards Guptkashi, you will be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara. After reaching Guptkashi, you will check into the pre-booked hotel and freshen up. Later, you can visit the Ardh Narishwar temple in Guptkashi and seek blessings. You can then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
On the 6th day of the trip, after having breakfast at the hotel, the journey continues towards Kedarnath. The first leg of the journey involves a 30 km drive to Sonprayag, which is the starting point for the 20 km trek to Kedarnath. It is essential to pack all necessary personal items such as medicines, warm clothes, toiletries, and first aid kits before embarking on the trek. Kedarnath is the abode of Lord Shiva, where you can witness the 12 famous Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Apart from the Kedarnath temple, visitors can also explore Chorabari Tal, Ghorabari Glacier, and other scenic spots. After a day of exploring, return to the hotel in Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
On the 8th day of your trip, after having breakfast at the hotel in Rudraprayag, you will drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Badrinath is located 156 km away from Rudraprayag and it takes about 6-7 hours to reach there. En-route, you will witness the mesmerizing views of the Garhwal Himalayan range, Devprayag, and Joshimath. Once you reach Badrinath, check into the pre-booked hotel and freshen up. In the evening, you can visit the Pandukeshwar temple which is located 25 km away from Badrinath. Pandukeshwar temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is a prominent pilgrimage site. After visiting the temple, return to the hotel in Pandukeshwar for an overnight stay.
On the next day morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast in the hotel before beginning your journey to Pandukeshwar, which is situated 133km away from Guptkashi. The journey by road will take around 4-5 hours. After reaching Pandukeshwar, explore the beautiful town and its famous attractions.
Later, drive towards Badrinath, which is situated 76km away from Pipalkoti. The journey by road will take around 2-3 hours. Once you reach Badrinath, check into the pre-booked hotel and freshen up. In the evening, visit the famous Badrinath temple, which is the abode of Lord Vishnu/Badri. The temple is one of the most notorious dham amongst chardham. Here, you will also witness Tapt Kund, Brahma Kapal, Sheshnetra, Narad Kund, Charanpaduka, and many more.
Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel of Rudraprayag.
On the 9th day of your trip, after a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, you will head towards Rudraprayag which is a 2-3 hour drive away. From there, you will continue your journey to Rishikesh which is located 218 km away and will take 6-7 hours to reach by road. Upon reaching Rishikesh, you can take a short break before driving to Haridwar which is just 19 km away and takes 30 minutes to reach by road. Upon arrival in Haridwar, our representative will drop you off at the railway station or bus stop where you can catch a train or bus to your next destination.
